Trouble installing
"Install unknown apps" is blocked
Follow the prompt to Settings, allow your browser (or file manager) to install apps, then go back and tap Install.
Xiaomi / Redmi / POCO (HyperOS, MIUI)
If you see Pure Mode or a security check, wait a few seconds and choose Continue installation. You don't need to turn off Pure Mode.
Huawei / Honor
HarmonyOS 4 and earlier and Honor MagicOS are supported. If Pure Mode appears, choose Install anyway. HarmonyOS NEXT (5.0 and later) can't install Android apps yet.
OPPO / OnePlus / realme / vivo / iQOO
You may need to wait a few seconds for a security check or enter your phone account password, then choose Continue installation.
"There was a problem parsing the package"
The download didn't finish. Switch networks and download it again.
"Signatures don't match" or "conflicts with an existing app"
A test version is installed. Uninstall the old Family Love first, then install again. Your data is in the cloud and comes back when you sign in.
